We regret that for the safety and comfort of all our guests:-

  • We do not accept pets
  • We do not permit smoking in any of our accommodation
  • We do not accept responsibility for any loss, theft, damage or injury to guests or their property.

Covid-19

The health and well being of our guests and family are our top priority.  Our usual high cleaning standards have been updated to include new risk based approach in line with current Government guidelines.

Please be aware that many attractions now need to be pre-booked.

It is essential that if you or anyone in your party are unwell or showing any Covid-19 symptoms that you should not travel.

You should not travel if you or anyone in your party have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 within 14 days of your arrival.

If, during your stay, you or anyone in your party become unwell and suspect Covid-19, we request that you get tested and if positive return home to self isolate.

If you are unable to return home and need to extend your stay:-

You will be restricted to your room/cottage for 14days – food can be delivered to your door along with extra towels and linen– nothing can be removed until after your departure.  The room/cottage will be closed for 72 hours before specialist deep cleaning.  You will be liable for the additional stay, services and any affected bookings.

 

B & B:

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm a reservation either by Credit/Debit card, BACS or cheque – the balance due on arrival.

  • Cancellation with less than one weeks’ notice will require guests to pay in full, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. We therefore advise guests to consider travel insurance.
  • Arrival time is usually between 4 – 6pm. If this is not convenient please discuss before booking.
  • Departure – we kindly request that guests vacate their accommodation by 10.00am.
  • Guests will be liable for any losses, damage or extra cleaning.
  • If we need to cancel, for circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid and our liability will not extend beyond this refund.

Cottage:

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50/week booked required to confirm a reservation either by Credit/Debit card, BACS or cheque – the balance due before arrival.
  • The cottage is let for up to 4 people – any more is at our discretion.
  • Cancellation of less than 4 weeks’ notice will require guests to pay in full, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. We therefore advise guests to consider travel insurance.
  • Arrival time is usually between 4 – 6pm. If this is not convenient please before booking.
  • Departure – we kindly request that guests vacate their accommodation by 10.00am.
  • Guests are responsible for leaving the cottage and its contents as at the start of their stay. They will be liable for any losses, damage or extra cleaning required.
  • If we need to cancel, for circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid and our liability will not extend beyond this refund.
